Spotlighting the heroes of Laboratory Animal Technician, the theme was “Technician competency, promoting excellence in Laboratory Animal Care”. The laboratory animal community was intrigued and impressed by the technicians’ presentations as they revealed nuggets of information on how they care for the animals. With it, it opens up plenty of discussion channels between animal research partners on how best to advance their research developments and SALAS is glad to be facilitating this!
